As a Mechatronic Engineer for the Desert Fireball Network, Ben has been working on the camera system hardware since April 2015. He is passionate about electronics and their application in robotics and automation. He is interested in space exploration and how virtual reality and robotic surrogacy may soon expand humanities reach into the universe.

Ben is a keen hobbyist and enjoys tinkering with robotic arms, quadcopters and 3D printing in his spare time.
